The owners and and hotel staff were very attentive, friendly and efficient. Indeed the owners recommended our next holiday destination/hotel which was equally excellent and arranged transportation to the location. Breakfast was cooked to order.

No negative comments but guest should be aware that the hotel is about 100 metres from the beach, which is an easy walk.

It was top-class, well-appointed and with comfy bed.

During my stay, I found the location to be perfect for accessing the nearby beach and local shops. The Grand Deluxe Double Room I stayed in was particularly spacious and well-maintained, offering plenty of storage. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere around the swimming pool, which was a lovely place to unwind after a day out. The hotel is just a short walk from a couple of great dining options.

Beautiful and quiet location 5 minutes from the beach with a pool in front of apartment. Spacious clean room and a huge bathroom. Friendly, helpful and polite staff...

Manee is a very good hostess and extremely helpful with anything you need. Pai Tan Villas is a peaceful spot, the pool is lovely, as are the rooms, and it is very handy for Bang Tao beach and the little restaurants and bars dotted around it.

The location of Pai Tan Villas is fantastic, just a few minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by friendly locals. My room, a Grand Beautiful Double Room, had a vast comfy bed and a nice air conditioning unit. I appreciated how large the room was, offering plenty of storage space. The ambiance around the pool area was picturesque, perfect for relaxation. Every day, I enjoyed a daily breakfast of fresh fruit and options like pancakes or eggs for a budget-friendly price of around 60 THB. I felt safe and welcomed here, never hassled by workers. I did face a few inconveniences. Some days, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty, particularly near the pool area. While the staff was friendly, there were times when there seemed to be limited staff available, causing delays in service. No room service was a bit disappointing, as I had to go out for meals. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience exceeded my expectations was great.

Would stay here again, greatly enjoyed its perfect and nice location. The beach restaurant is LOVELY, it has appetising dishes.

The room was spacious and clean, with direct access to the pool. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and great variety. Super nice team and gave us awesome tips for the area. Great location just a short walk to the beach and restaurants 😊

I love the atmosphere that surrounds the place. It is serene n it also offers privacy. Most importantly it delivered what had been expected when i did the booking.

the friendliness of the staff (especially Manee), the relax feeling of the vilas, the price. Overall just has a great feeling. Close enough to where you want to go but without being right smack in the middle of the mayhem. We would defiantly go back to the Pai Tan Villas. Thumbs up for this little hidden gem!!!!

Tranquil oasis, ideal if you appreciate a blend of nature with serene luxury and perfect service.

Swimming pools are really great. Confort of the rooms. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Bungalows are really close one from the others.
